RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY
Dental implants that look, feel, and chew like real teeth.
Titanium roots placed below the gum, topped with a custom crown that matches your bite. The closest thing to a real tooth that modern dentistry offers.
WHY IMPLANTS
Replace one tooth, several teeth, or anchor a full denture.
Unlike a bridge, implants do not require grinding down neighboring teeth. Unlike a denture, they do not slip or click. They preserve bone, restore full chewing power, and last decades when placed correctly and maintained.
DETAILS
What the process actually looks like.
Step 1 — placement
We numb the area, place the titanium implant in the jawbone, and place a healing cap. The procedure takes about an hour per implant. Most patients describe it as easier than a tooth extraction.
Step 2 — healing
Three to six months for the implant to fuse with your bone (osseointegration). During this time you wear a temporary so you can chew and smile normally. Pain is usually gone in 3 to 5 days.
Step 3 — the crown
Once the implant has fused, we attach a custom porcelain crown that matches the color and shape of your other teeth. With our in-house CEREC, the crown is designed, milled, and placed in a single visit.
