Appointments
Contact our office by phone or email to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can offer that slot to a patient on the waitlist.
Insurance and payment
We submit insurance forms on your behalf and offer payment plans. We accept all major credit cards. Financing is available through CareCredit.
Office hours
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday, 9am to 1pm. We schedule emergency visits same-day or next-day whenever possible. Call us at (561) 798-1600.
