What to expect.
The visit
About 90 minutes total: a quick cleaning, gum protection, three to four 15-minute gel cycles under the light. You leave the same day with a noticeably whiter smile and a take-home touch-up tray.
Sensitivity
About a third of patients have mild sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours after. We pre-treat with a desensitizing gel during the session, and we give you a take-home gel to manage it. It always resolves.
Lasting results
Avoid coffee, red wine, and tea for the first 48 hours. After that, normal habits are fine. Most patients do a touch-up every 6 to 12 months at home using the take-home trays we provide.
